The Spark
The Leaders’ Lighthouse was born by listening to leaders, like you, express their desires to work with strategists/coaches who can help them take their purpose, people and performance to the next level of success - and keep it there. That sparked the idea of having a firm that could guide leaders in synchronizing their strategy, talent, and sales solutions.
Our team of strategists, coaches, and recruiters have extensive experience working with start-up businesses, established public and privately held CPG companies, healthcare organizations and government entities.
Dream It
A driven, first-generation, trilingual, proud American, Laura was born to a Cuban mom and Mexican dad, who taught her to reach for the American dream and sing the success mantra: “whatever you want, you can get.”
Laura started her career in a secretarial position. She met a peer who told her that she would never grow beyond that role because she was “a secretary, too young, a minority and a woman”. However, she kept the success mantra in mind and went on to climb the corporate ranks of high-profile global companies as a leader in the food industry, and received multiple top sales awards. This experience, and the guidance of amazing leaders, fueled her desire to help leaders and companies succeed.
Build it
Founder, Laura Bonich, is a certified executive coach, strategic advisor, engaging speaker, executive recruiter and award-winning culinary sales professional. Her expertise in leadership, strategy, resilience and emotional intelligence enables her to guide countless leaders to achieve personal and professional growth. Working across multiple industry channels gives her the ability to relate to diverse clients and drive results. She’s worked with companies such as H.J. Heinz, Campbell’s, Kerry Ingredients, and Burger King.
An innovative leader, Laura developed and implemented strategies that increased sales growth by 20-50%, spearheaded multi-million dollar portfolios and led projects from ideation to commercialization. She pioneered a Foodservice Engagement Team at Heinz that increased engagement scores across the division. A champion for continuous development, she has led multiple mastermind groups.
Laura has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of International Business degree from Florida International University. She holds multiple certifications in coaching and leadership assessments including emotional intelligence, managerial fit and sales. For over 18 years, Laura has maintained an active Real Estate license in FL.
A native of Miami, Laura speaks Level 5 English/Spanish and Level 2 Italian. She’s available for national and global engagements.
